Outdoors for Kids grew out of more than a decade spent running a school and summer camp where children learn and play in nature every day. Over the years, we’ve seen how time outdoors helps children grow in confidence, curiosity, and clarity. We’ve also seen that many families long to give their children these same experiences but cannot afford them. Outdoors for Kids was created in response to that need — to open the door for every child to experience the joy, connection, and growth that come from time spent in nature.
